Creative Spark are on the hunt for a Sales and Marketing Manager

(You won’t be cold calling!)

Spark are looking for a new Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team and help drive their ambitious growth plans. You would be working closely with the director team in facilitating inbound leads and referral leads. 

You will also be leading Spark’s marketing in their 20th year celebrations which will have lots of exciting content plans and additional budgets in place to have maximum impact. 

There’s a great opportunity for progression within the business and you will have a lot of autonomy to deliver a sales strategy and marketing plan. 

We work with a wide range of sectors and clients from start ups to global brands. It’s fast-paced and exciting.

Required Experience

At least two years in similar role

Experience of writing and delivering sales & marketing strategies

Experience of producing top class sales decks 

Presenting to clients and teams 

Experienced in budgets – reporting and tracking
